Well Baby Bear is 10& half months old today, my mom is 67 today and I think I may have a squirrel in my house!!! And guess who came over to help chase away the squirrel?
Yep, that would be my 67 year old mother that came! No, not my husband (he is at work, but really would not have been much help anyway) or either of my brothers which by the way are big guys - one 7 foot and one 6 ft. 5 inches! OR my Dad that told my mom he needed to do a few things first--- nope, it was dear ole' mom and while I watched her with the broom in my laundry room doing her best to poke around and find the critter -- I just smiled teary eyed and thought of so many great times she made sure us kiddos had! You gotta love her -- now really how many people can you call up on zero notice that will rush over to help when you hear something in your house - and take you serious and not laugh, because in her mind that squirrel (or whatever it was) was after her baby (that would be me the youngest of 4)---A mothers love really knows no boundries! Thanks Mom! I love you! and happy birthday!!!

How sweet that story is? It is something what a mother will do for her children. I'm sure you will do the same for baby bear too! Tell your mom I said, Happy birthay! and give my love and hugs and kisses to Baby Bear! Hope you get that critter out of your house too.. Maybe it's not Mickey! LOL...
Can you give her my name and number? This is what I have:

Happy Birthday, Baby Bear's Grandma! :)
Your mom rocks!
I'm smiling, thinking of your sweet southern-girl mamma in your laundry room chasing out critters...
Did I ever tell you I graduated from Meridian High? (I don't admit that to many people, but I do have a soft spot in my ticker for good ole MS...it's probably the kudzu more than anything.)
You just make sure that silly squirrel didn't carry in any ants or nastiness for the Baby Bear...you hear?
**laughs**
Ebaby is doing some better, but I could do with some alcohol about now, and sista, I'm not a drinking woman...
What a great story - what a wonderful mom too. My mom is the same way and I love it. Too bad I didn't realize how good I had it till I was an adult. Hope you found the critter - I bet baby bear was wondering what in world was going on in her house.
Oh and I love the new pictures!!!
You are blessed with an awesome mom. That was a beautiful post. Did she get the critter?
